整机性能特点

1.该机器主要用于将各种金属丝，金属线，如铁线，不锈钢线等，加工成“波浪形”，“锯齿形”， 或者“之”及“Z”字形。

2.广泛用于置物架边，衣柜底网架花边的加工生产，及各种五金家电、照明灯饰、家居、装饰、工艺品等。

3.其采用先进微电脑及PLC控制系统，调节方便快捷。可独立控制各系统动作，生产过程中可自由调整产品加工尺寸。

4.在设定生产数量后，机器可自动完成设定的产量，减少用工数量，增加自动化程度。

5.双液压缸，齿轮传动，运行平稳，尺寸精度高，误差：每十节≤1mm。 

6.根据客户需求，铁线的波高与波长可根据用户需要定制，满足各种产品需要。
